Integrated Housing Solutions was created with a mission to develop housing which improves the quality of life for residents as well as contributes to the fabric of the community at large. More specifically, the company is focusing on the development of independent seniors including those that serve low to moderate income levels.

Integrated knows intimately the business of multifamily market rate and affordable housing development, as its partners and principals have a combined 75 plus years in identifying opportunities, site selection, community outreach, consensus building, partnering (including local government, public housing authorities and non-profit organizations), procuring scarce sources of public and quasi-public financing (such as Housing Tax Credits), and executing under the prescribed regulatory regime.

Mr. Fambro oversees all aspects of the development process, from new business development / acquisitions to project feasibility which includes joint venture relationships and consulting services. Kenneth W. Fambro II, joined Integrated Real Estate Group in 2003 and presently serves as Vice President of the company's Development Division.

Mr. Fambro's more 10 years of experience in construction and development of multifamily communities provides expertise in financing real estate developments using transitional equity, taxable and tax-exempt bond financing, conventional and federally insured mortgage debt. During his timeframe he has overseen the development of more than 5,000 units with cost totaling over $500 million.

Mr. Fambro holds a B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama and a MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
